I have the same issue, i did this : “copy language files from plugin dir (resources/assets/lang)
And paste it to the following path (wp-content/uploads/kiviCare_lang) on your setup”

And also i provided the permission to upload , but still I have a blank page with your logo..

Dear @champsupertramp I disabled jetpack and now is working. Thank you very much indeed for your support @champsupertramp .

It’s quite strange because if I disable ads in user page I can’t see properly again. Probably by default It can’t execute some code in certain condition or there’s some conflicts.

Thank you for the advice .No I didn’t because it works with default form. I can try . I run also bookly which is related with role .
But I’m afraid is something with my theme .

I did exactly the same things of this guy https://youtu.be/4rdFCl29VCI. But It doesn’t work. I don’t think is something with my theme (a payment one) because if I put the default registration form I can see it.

I assigned only 1 role for each account. Anyway I inserted the role priority for each role.

I’m going throughout the entire process again :

1 : create user’s role (admin, author, contributor, subscriber)
2 : deploy the user page with default profile form. (It works)
3 : create different roles form and assign each form to a role(admin, author, contributor, subscriber)
4 : copy and paste every forms shortcodes in user’s page and remove the default one .
5 : access from another browser with subscriber account: can’t see profile form.

I’m going crazy i did it more then 40 times…

No, I’m checking in another browser with another role.

Indeed I noticed they you if you try as admin You can’t see any specific role except the one for admin.

I checked every single step so many time, I really don’t know what’s wrong. Are we sure it is not a payed function only?

I also erased additional roles, now I only have default WP roles with a specific profile form. I have inserted each form’s shortcodes in user page . Every time I login as subscriber I can see the account page but when i click on edit profile the page is blank.

What am I missing?
