I also have the free version of Phlox v2.9.19. Still can’t edit with Elementor without disabling Phlox Core Elements. Ugh!

In reply to: [Phlox] Upgrade to WordPress 6.0 with Phlox Theme (free version)Update: the updating of Permalinks did not fix the issue. Once cache was flushed, the problem came back.
I am having the same problem with Phlox (free version) ever since updating to WP 6.0. I am able to create and save a new post, but when I go back to edit it after saving, Elementor will not load and goes in to safe mode. The temporary fix is to disable Phlox Core Elements plugin. Then Elementor will load and I am able to edit. Once I complete the editing, the Phlox Core Element is re-enabled. It’s an inconvenient work-around and should not have to be done if Phlox was working correctly with WP 6.0.

In reply to: [Phlox] Upgrade to WordPress 6.0 with Phlox Theme (free version)Resolved! I updated Permalinks – this seemed to resolve the issue.
In case anyone else has this problem, here’s the response from premium support:
“We are very aware of this and are working on update to change how we include the microdata to include the new markup. Your search rankings/results, etc. will not be affected. Google just added a new feature to the review snippets and are displaying warnings because they want to force you to change to the new version. After we write the new code and test it, we will release an update.”

In reply to: [BigCommerce For WordPress] Style Issue with FooterNever mind. I figured out the CSS by adding this:
.single-bigcommerce_product footer#colophon {
width: 100%;
}All good!

In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Submit Review Shortcode Causing ErrorsThe problem isn’t the ability to view the shortcode inside Elementor. Elementor hangs and won’t open which prohibits any editing of the page. To remedy this, I must disable the Ultimate Reviews plugin in order to edit the page with Elementor, then enable the plugin again to display the reviews and submit form.

In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Submit Review Shortcode Causing ErrorsI’ve made no changes to Ultimate Review’s code other than adding some custom CSS (enabling or disabling the custom CSS doesn’t appear to have any affect either way). Disabling debug mode removes the errors. When doing so, the submission form also displays as normal. Unfortunately, using [submit-review] can cause the Elementor editor to hang. I was hoping those error messages would help “debug” what the problem is. If it comes down to making a choice between the two plugins, I’ll have to keep Elementor and scratch Ultimate Reviews. Thanks.

In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Available Shortcodes with Free VersionThank you – I appreciate the help.

In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Available Shortcodes with Free VersionUsing [ultimate reviews include_category=’home-page’] worked perfectly – thank you. Here’s a screen print of how nicely it appears now in Elementor: https://prntscr.com/n7p9xh
Unfortunately, [select-review review_id=’4425′] continues to NOT work in Elementor. Here’s a screen print: https://prntscr.com/n7papq As you can see, it only pulls in the title and metadata, then continues to show everything else on the page from start to finish! It looks fine on the website, though. I double-checked the review id number, so I know that’s correct… maybe I listed the shortcode incorrectly?
That said, I have another related question: do you have a list of all available shortcodes options and values? Thank you for your assistance.
P.S. I really like this plugin and am considering upgrading to Pro.

In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Available Shortcodes with Free VersionUpdate: I’ve discovered that the [select-review review_category=’home-page’] shortcode does indeed work on the website, but is simply displaying improperly within the backend Elementor builder. Interestingly, I don’t have a problem at all when using [submit-review] or [ultimate-reviews] with Elementor’s builder. It only misbehaves when adding more to the shortcode, such as [select-review review_id=’4522’]. I guess I can live with the mess within the Elementor builder as long as it displays properly on the website itself, but I’m wondering if a simple coding correction could fix the problem with the longer shortcodes so they look good in Elementor, too? Thanks for looking in to this.

In reply to: [Sticky Menu & Sticky Header] Sticky Menu scrolls behind page contentsYay! That worked! Thank you so much for your prompt reply and for your help! I love your plugin!!
This is so sad. I’m going to have to pull the plug on this plugin and go with another that actually works.
Thank you for responding and for your willingness to help. I assigned a new API key to the form as you suggested and everything looked good from within the plugin. But alas… when testing the form again, I received the very same error: can’t add user. I have a screen print of the error, but I don’t see a way to upload it here. You can see and test the form on the website: lifescorepurpose.com on the home page as you scroll down. Thank you again.

I’m having the same problem. No popup, just the form on the page. I deactivated all plugins and it still does not work – same error.
It’s a really nice MailChimp plugin and I don’t want to scrap it for another if I don’t have to, so any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
