This plugin works fine on my pages with both bbpress and BuddyPress.

Yes, good idea.
Meanwhile you can achieve similar (sort of) result by postponing publishing of the page the poll is on.

You can edit the page and delete the shortcode for the poll you want to delete. Multiple polls on a single page are numbered, so it should not mess up the other polls.

The results (votes) for the deleted poll stay in the database, there is no option in the plugin to delete them. You can delete it from the database, but directly. In the table polls all the polls are stored and poll_votes stores the answers. Each poll is identified by post_id (the id of the page it is posted on) and poll_id (number of poll on this page).

As a quick fix you can increase the length of the vote field in the database.
Log into the database and execute:
ALTER TABLE wp_poll_votes CHANGE vote_option vote_option VARCHAR(64) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NULL DEFAULT NULL;

and you will have 64 characters answers.

Polls and votes are stored in separate database tables (wp_polls and wp_poll_votes), you can pull them from them with a query.

The percentage is a nice idea, I will add it for the next release (most likely after Xmas).

It should not be a big deal, as long as there is a consistent approach. I can relatively easily switch to reply to the last reply, not thread, but this will lead to the nested threads like this

It is not possible at the moment. I will consider changing it in next release.

Is there anything in the log? Please check the server or wp/php log. I could also suggest some WP mail logging plugin (I use WP Mail Logging Version 1.5.0 | By Christian Z?ller)

For all my sites outgoing e-mails work just fine with PvM v 1.2.8

I am using 6.4 beta, works fine with new WordPress. However, I had to change the customs forms that I was using in the prevoius version to make it work.
