I’m not sure how but I’ve ended up in a loop here with this topic. I’m using your free version of your plugin and have specific questions about the intended behaviour as follows below. I can not ask you questions on your other site without upgrading.

I guess I have two questions:
1. Is local pickup still supposed to work if you have a zero min/max like it has for the last two years? Or has this changed?

2. If there is supposed to be no change to the behaviour, is there something I can do to get local pickup back for customers?

Current Settings:
Flat Rate: 0 for min/max
Free Shipping: 40 min and 0 max
Local Pickup: obviously 0 for both

Further, is it your intent to take something that works with WooCommerce and hide that “Local Pickup” if someone is using your free version of your plugin?

Hey there. Unfortunately this wasn’t working as well as I’d hoped. It continues to be a problem as when I do get it to return it goes away again. The Local Shipping won’t remain visible.

I can’t keep going in every hour and turning the setting off and now I have realized I need to deactivate Booster to then turn them both back on to get local shipping and then it is only coming up for my Flat Rate/Local Pickup shipping zone and not for my Free Delivery/Local Pickup zone.

Please reproduce and hopefully you folks can find the root issue. I’d suggest there is a little something in all the shipping updates in your last version that may have slipped through testing? I’ve used this set up for over two years with no issue until that last update.

Thanks, this is affecting clients customers who as we get to fall will be looking for this pickup option again.

Just got to the office and had to toggle the entire plugin to get the local pickup option again on one of the sites. Just more info for you. Thanks!

Hey work around update. I just realized that if I toggle the Shipping Methods by Min/Max Order Amount OFF then back ON it begins to work as expected.

I will watch and report back here if the next update disables the pickup option on the front end again and if the same toggle of the feature restores it.
