Yes, I enabled and disabled but no memebership created and no WPML.

I did a work around, I have edited the “On Approval Thank You Page Content” to include vendor registration page link, once it is clicked again, it works. I think it registers first as subscriber but with second click it makes you a vendor.

Thank you so much, everything works apart from the colour page. It has the colour changed and saved with cache cleared but no effect on storepage.
