I would like to inform you that i still need to change

to<a href=%s>
for URL’s to pass through correctly with the dutch translation file. Without a translation file the hyperlinks work as expected. Hope this can help you.Forum: Plugins

In the translate files change:
<a href="%s">
to
<a href=%s>
I don’t know why it’s behaving the way it does, perhaps due to SSL. This will fix the problem.

And also when you open the ticket list, and there is no tickets, there is a URL to create a ticket, this URL is broken for me to.

For others interested that use WordPress HTTPS:
In the plugin settings, go to URL filters and add /ticket/
