James, I sure appreciate you following up on this. We have not been able to connect Site Kit with the analytics account because it doesn’t appear in the list. I have verified that the same Google account I am logging in with is an administrator at the account level (I created the GA account). Our agency has over 200+ Google Analytics accounts all administered with the same Google account. I deleted some that were dormant in the hopes that it would allow me to select the profile I want but that didn’t help.
Google does impose a limit to the number of Google Analytics accounts you can have BUT they also allow you to request that the limit be raised which we’ve done a number of times.
We really like to minimize the number of plugins we use and one of the advantages of Google Site Kit is that it lets us connect Tag Manager, Analytics and Search Console all with one plugin.
Thoughts?
Thank you!
Gabriel
Got it – thank you!
Hi James – when you suggest manually inserting the GA4 ID, are you suggesting adding the tracking code to the WordPress theme or are you saying that the Site Kit plugin has a way of allowing you to insert it manually somehow?
Thanks for the quick reply, James – I appreciate it. This must be why we’re not seeing all of the accounts we have access to. This is causing a problem because it’s preventing us from choosing the correct analytics profile from the drop down list. Could there be an option to “load more” if the API only allows 200?
@davidlykhim no, he is using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/leadin/ (we work together at the same company).
Not working for me – I’m an admin and see a message that says “not allowed to edit this item” anytime I try to edit a Visual Portfolio item.
Bump^^

In reply to: [YITH Event Tickets for WooCommerce] export tickets problem with servicesI’m having this same issue – how did you fix it?
Bump^
@pomegranate I see @thecityworka marked this as resolved but please note that I am still having the issue.
I’ve been trying some additional plugin settings and I think I may have narrowed it down. Could you make sure to check the box that attaches the PDF invoice to “New order (Admin email)” and then try testing again?
Actually we are only using Post SMTP for it’s mail logging features. Mail is sent via PHP, not a SMTP account.
Even with the Post SMTP plugin disabled the result is the same.
Hello, thank you for your attention to this issue! When I deactivate your plugin, the new order email is set correctly (both automatically and when I trigger it manually).
Here is a screencast that I hope will be helpful: https://www.dropbox.com/s/131938ekmwuzt3v/screencast.mov?dl=0
Hello – no, there are no relevant fatal exceptions.
Here’s how you can reproduce the issue using the latest version of WooCommerce and your plugin:
Open any completed order
In the right sidebar under “Send order email”, select “New order” and then click “Save order & send email”Note that the email is never successfully sent out even though it appears to have completed.
Disabled all other plugins and switched to default theme – it’s definitely the plugin.
