Funny: Light box works again. I reset the “Use Javascript” setting to Yes and … now it works. I didn’t change anything else. So much the better.
Deserves then the [resolved] tag.

Exactly same problem with me.
Could temporarily circumvent the issue by changing settings to not use java script. This displays the print friendly page directly in the browser tab instead of in a pop up window.

First of all, thank you for your quick reaction.
I first updated the plugin to 0.3.1
Then I deactivated it, and afterwards tried to delete it.
Unfortunately the delete command still doesn’t do anything and ends up with a blank page.
Going back to the WP plugins page, I checked again the version, which indeed shows 0.3.1

There is a better way:
In the event details form from Google Calendar, in the “Show me as…” filed, just mark your private event as “available”, and nothing about your private event will be shown anymore on wordpress.

This is the way to insert private events in a public calendar, without showing anything on the website through the plugin about this event.

It might be useful to document this somewhere in the plugin documentation. Maybe in the FAQs.
I’m marking this topic as resolved.

To answer your questions:

-the calendar is public, the free/busy option is not activated and just some psecific events are private.
-the problem happens only with time span events. No problem with all day or multi-day.

This is exactly the same issue than my post in this forum posted one week ago under the title “Private events not discarted, but partially displayed”
Good to know I’m not the only one facing this problem ! Hope we’ll get a fix.

To show this issue, I added a private event called “Private event” on Dec 22 at 12:00 on my public calendar.

On this link you can see the result in the widget (last event line on the right column): a simple line without title, just showing the time of the event is displayed. Nothing should be displayed at all for this event.

And on this link you can see the result on a grouped list page. Time only is displayed as another separate event, although this event being private, nothing should be shown.
