Actually took a look at that css in /inc/themes/sydney.php and realised I could tweak it and the result is as follows:

That’s great that I can set an Event Categories page but I don’t see how that helps me show multiple categories of my choosing – it just shows a list of links of the categories.

I want to see the page with a list of events of more than one category. Like for https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/events/categories/rock/ but for Jazz as well on the same page ie like https://demo.wp-events-plugin.com/events/categories/rock,jazz/.

Is this possible?

Thanks for your reply, however that is what I have done already.

It’d be great if there were a way to override the settings in Events > Settings > Formatting > Calendar > iCal Limit with an argument in the URL.

Would that be possible at all?

Hi Rolf, I’ve got it working (even with Event Calendar in place – I guess I found a fix for the jQuery problem in the past) with the URL from Google Maps share/embed iframe code (I had to log out of Google in another browser so that it didn’t use the new Google maps – the link works from classic fine). See https://www.manjunaga.com/calendar/classes/yoga-drop-in-class-all-levels-monday.html again ??
