We actually track this information— when a User boards our platform because we want to provide ample support for our SEO Wizard Services.

Possibly, you did not read the review, as it clearly is regarding the price of the services and not the actual use of the services. We were reviewed on the basis of Price from a blogger/website owner who did not sign up for our services.

That is truly unfortunate.

Then shame on you for misleading others and intentionally causing harm to a business’s brand.

To leave a review without trying the product is malicious and utterly disrespectful to the community entirely, considering those who truly intend becoming customers because they purchased the services.

To advocate this type of behavior is cynical and deemed as unacceptable behavior.

Thanks for your honest reply. Have you ever submitted a review of a product without being a confirmed customer—-meaning you actually purchased and tried the services that you left the review for?

I hope not for the business’s reputation or brand, as that would definitely impact their ability to reach and communicate with actual Customers.

In regards to your inquiry:

-Google search console telling me there is one error.
I’m using woo commerce and google tells me both the account page and cart have
been submitted to my sitemap but marked no index.

Please see our advice below:

This setup is best practice. There’s no need for Google to index these pages as the page is unique to each user. I also wouldn’t advise to nofollow them or prevent Google from crawling them via robots.txt as there is no need.
