I guess one option would be to create a line in the database for search parameters, and then call them for the results page. Seems silly though?

update, any of the wordpress functions, like get_header() or get_footer or get_sidebar() cease to function when I am redirected to archive.php, and instead of echo “hello”;, I get a blank white page.

Is it setup as a multisite?

I do have a hard time selling other people’s work, GPL or not. But most of what I’ve read about how to design my own framework, suggests building off someone else’s, so I got the impression that it was very common to build off of and sell someone else’s work.
Plus I just like knowing I did the whole thing.
