Yea this is the problem with these spam link backs this plugin is not a standalone

Not sure about that plug-in but I had a twitter plug-in that’s going jetpack sucks and found another standalone to replace it.

To be honest I would rather do without than use jetpack and have my site bog down with memory and bug issues

It’s shared hosting so I can’t touch php.ini, if it was on my vps then yes no problem.
The page was hanging for some time before the apache red flag came up, it was just a warning the page was taking to long and killed it, I never took much notice actually but obviously I knew what was causing it straight away.
I just thought anyone on shared hosting might face the same problem, I have gone back to Statpress no where near as good but no issues.
