In reply to: Website flashes (white flash) after navigation clickI was able to change PHP version to 7.1
The flash is still present.I didn’t have this problem before the server change. Any other ideas how to solve this?
The visibility of the flash comes clear when I reactivate Redux framework. All other plugins don’t seem to affect the flash so much but even without plugins there’s a slight flash present.

In reply to: Website flashes (white flash) after navigation clickThis plugin helped me to get this information at least:
5.6.38 – For best performance we recommend using PHP 7.2 or higher.
I’ll contact our hosting provider.
And then I’ll report back here.

In reply to: Website flashes (white flash) after navigation clickI also tested that if all plugins are closed the flash is very quick, but still present.
The visibility of the flash comes clear when I activate Redux framework.
But again- it wasn’t there before the server change.Hi
I contacted your support through your contact form on your website and I haven’t received any response from there.
Should I write again?

And also the server is using UTF-8 charset.
Yes, I’m sure.
I made a test myself and the result is the same.I think that at some point, on the other server, I had to use those plugins because the other server was slow as a turtle.
New server got an update like this:
-
Fresh db
Old files from old web host
Imported post content
Manually set up the webSomehow this old cache still manipulates the web although it’s basically set up from blank WP installation.
Thank you sterndata for pointing that out!
Ok now.. maybe it’s fixed.
I enabled both plugins one by one and emptied cache using their functions and then disabled them.It seems ok now.
Maybe at some point in development cycle I enabled these to test them out.
I have plugins installed but not activated. Moreover- i haven’t ever activated them, I think. So it’s really weird.
The site admin is fast again (weird), but menu is still not updated correctly.
I’ll look into how to manually find the cache and empty it of possible.
sterndata, I just tried db from backup which used to work all well. Maybe that’s why you wasn’t able to load the page. Try now, please ??
I don’t have cache plugins installed. But I do have many of them because they came with the theme and ofc WPML has a lot of plugins.
Few moments ago certain parts of the admin became slow as wel. For example- loading a “Plugins” admin page takes 10-15s and every action from there takes another 15+ seconds.
I’m puzzled and contacted the server admin to see if something has changed from their side.
Problem still there though…
