  • I bought this and some required features are not enabled. When I asked for help by chatting and opening support ticket, nobody response.

    Finally, I got the answer. Sorry for my comment. I change to 4 stars support now.

    Generally, we reply within 24 hours and I can see your ticket was pending for 13 hours only.

    However, The Gantt chart module is available in the Professional package and you can see it here in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/wmgemm.

    You can upgrade to the Professional package and you will get the Gantt Chart module.
