Hi @webkinder,
I had the same problem with the Safari browser – the GA4-ID was not loaded. I tried Firefox and here the new GA4-ID was displayed and could be selected. Now both UA and GA4 are working. Maybe this helps.
Best regards, Ulf

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] don′t empty cart on reorder! dont redirect.Hi @subscribetech (Tobias),
unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide this functionality. We use the WooCommerce standard for reordering and this overwrites already existing products in the cart. It is currently only possible to add the reorder to the cart first and then add more products. We will take this issue to the development board and discuss it internally. Thank you for your understanding and have a nice day.

Poly-res TeamHi @peterpruimboom ,
no, the order notes are not included in the repeat order. We will definitely put this on our development board and discuss it internally. But I don’t want to promise anything yet. Thank you for your feedback.

Poly-res TeamHi Fabio (@sarcof),
I apologize for not getting back to you until now. Unfortunately, we can’t provide you with a solution at the moment. We will note your point for further release planning – but cannot promise you “if or when” we can provide a solution for that. Have a good time.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Create reorder from hold statusHi @lorenzo78,
we are currently developing an add-on for further order statuses – but this is not final and we can’t offer it for free. As soon as a release date is fixed we will inform you in the usual way. We hope for your support and understanding and hope you are not losing at this point.

Polyres-TeamHi @oempa,
thanks. Best regards, Poly-res Team
Hi @oempa,
I hope I didn’t express myself wrong – the action button is displayed only when a customer places a reorder of a previously ordered order. Reordering is possible only when the order is in the “completed” status.
Example: Customer A orders a product A on 10.01.2022. You (Shop Manager) process this order and deliver it. The order is therefore completed. You do not see an action icon on this order in the WooCommerce backend.
This order is also visible for the customer in his customer account (My Account). From there, he can also trigger a reorder. If customer A orders the order from 10.01.2022 again (with the same product) this order would have the action icon in the WooCommerce backend. So you can see that it is a reorder and also from which one.I hope this makes it clearer. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Hi @oempa,
the “Reorder” button is visible in der WooCommerce Backend if a customer reorder a order (Status “completed”) – it is not visible if a customer place a order the first time. Or is the order in the screenshot/image a “Reorder” of a completed order from that customer? Thanks for your feedback.
Best regards,
Poly-res TeamHi @oempa,
the “Reorder” button is not visible in der WooCommerce Backend only visible in the “My Account” area for the customer. Or you mean that the little action icon in the order list are not showing up if a customer place a Reorder? Thanks for your feedback.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Enable Reorder of Private or Hidden ProductsHi @overtonedigital,
if the product is listed Stock Status as “On Backorder” the product can be reorder . Only “out of stock” is not working and we do not have a solution for that at the moment. But we will discuss internal if we can have a solution in a upcoming version.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Enable Reorder of Private or Hidden Productsupdate @overtonedigital,
if you have products “out of stock” – these items will not be included in a repeat order. We do not have a solution for this at the moment.
If the articles are available but in the product status “private, hidden or only in search results”, they can be reordered. We have been able to reproduce this behavior. Only “out of stock” is not possible.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Enable Reorder of Private or Hidden ProductsHi @overtonedigital,
I tested a product on our staging server. For that product I had a finished order in the status “completed”. Now I changed the product to “Visibility: Private” and “Catalog visibility: Hidden” –> in the frontend the product is not visible. In the Customer-Backend, under orders, I order again a completed order with the product which is now “private & hidden”. The result is that I can order a private & hidden product. Could you please give me our setting for the product which is not working – many thanks in advanced.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] redirect after reorderHi @licoreo (Andrea),
by default, products from orders which has reached status “Completed” will be add in the cart (we use the standard WooCommerce function “order again”). When a customer clicks this button, they will be directed to the Cart page with the same items in the Cart. At this point, they can edit the order, or proceed to checkout. Thats why we also don’t skip the cart page for the customer. But we will discuss your questions internal. By now we hope you can enjoy our plugin with your customers.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Reorder with coupon/discountHi @digitalchaos2,
this is not possible with our plugin. But we will gladly take your thought / request. Currently we can not provide a solution for this. You can only manually create a voucher for a reorder and email it to the customer afterwards. Would be a manual process though. Have a great day and thank you for your request.
