In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Order Processing statusHi @xristos84,
we are currently developing an add-on for further order statuses – but this is not final and we can’t offer it for free. As soon as a release date is fixed we will inform you in the usual way. We hope for your support and understanding and hope you are not losing at this point.

many thanks for your fast support and fix. It will fixes the issue. By the way – do you know a HTML-Link/URL for “Signal or Threema” App like WhatsApp (e.g. https://wa.me/+xxxxxxxxxx)?

UlfHi @ockertc,
we have analyzed the Error and have determined that the error is not caused by our plugin.
About the background: We use the standard WooCommerce function “reorder” (My Account – Orders – #Order-No. View – “Order again” in Order details). If you trigger a new order for an “Account Funds” you get the “
CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_type() on bool in .../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-cart-functions.php, Line: 498
“.Please contact the plugin developer “Themesquad” to fix this error. Thank you in advance.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Can’t modify quantity of items in cartHi @germanmazza,
thanks for the status report – do you have a staging or test environment for your store where you can switch to the standard theme “storefront” from WooCommerce? If yes – please test again in the cart if you can change the quantity of the product.
Please let me know the result – maybe the theme “Avada” override the cart.php so you can not change the quantity of the product in the cart. We use the standard function “reorder” from WooCommerce to put the the complete order into the cart – this is WooCommerce Core functionality.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Can’t modify quantity of items in cartHi @germanmazza,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are unable to reproduce this error. Once the completed order is added to the cart we can change the quantity. Of course, the shopping cart must be updated after changing the quantity.
Is the “Quantity” selection in the shopping cart not displayed for you? Possibly this is suppressed by an additional plugin. If necessary, could you send us a system report under “WooCommerce – Status” by e-mail ([email protected]).
Thank you in advance and have a nice day.
Best regards, Polyres Team
Hi @gastrocampo,
thank you for your inquiry. At the time, we immediately asked the customer what the problems were so that we could investigate more specifically. Unfortunately, we did not receive an answer to two inquiries and can therefore not yet make a final statement. Thank you for your understanding.
We would be very happy to receive feedback from you, if the cooperation with our plugin and Dokan works. Our plugin works with the current WooCommerce version 5.3.0. If you encounter any problems, please reply to this ticket.

In reply to: [Amazon Pay for WooCommerce] Modify “StoreName” payment descriptionHi @christian1983,
…that’s nice – where to change the site name in WP is well known to me. I would like to manipulate the site name (blog info) which is transmitted to Amazon. Is there a filter to change the StoreName (see above) bevor is transmitted via API via Amazon Pay? Thanks for your feedback.
Best regards, Ulf

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Question. Could an user subscribe to an order?Hi @davidperez,
now we come together – no, our plugin does not offer the possibility to subscribe to an order. Unfortunately, we can not offer such a solution. But we take their suggestion in the idea list and check it internally.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Question. Could an user subscribe to an order?Hi @davidperez,
we understood your request to mean that you would like to automatically reorder a completed order after x days – correct?
If yes, then this is not possible with our plugin. We offer the possibility to place a completed order and put it in the shopping cart again (manually reorder).
An automatic order process incl. payment can be implement via a plugin (e.g. WooCommerce Subscriptions – https://www.woocommerce.com).
Please note that there are other subscription plugins on the market. Thank you for your feedback.Best regards,
