In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] TranslateHi @anindaorada,
You can translate manually the repeat order button by using the Loco Translate plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/ or https://localise.biz). More advanced users can use PoEdit (https://poedit.net).
Can you tell us on which mobile devices the button is not responsive – we can detect display errors. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Poly-res TeamHi @bhauserdupli,
we use the standard WooCommerce function/hook “ordered_again” – the function puts the order (completed) into the shopping cart as it was ordered. Of course you can still adjust the quantity in the shopping cart or add another product.
If necessary the used Plugin developer (NBDesigner) would have to examine whether the quantity of the reorder in the basket deviates from the minimum order quantity. Did I understand that correctly? Thank you very much for your feedback.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Not WorkingHi,
Sorry for inconvenience.
Could you please let us know what happen exactly? We never used Dokan but we will install the “Dokan Lite” from the repository and test it. We need your support here as we are not multi-vendor experts. Our plugin use a standard WooCommerce function to re-order a order (Status: Completed).

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Unsuccessful usageHi @morganelite,
this sounds good – now it is working ??
To your question: Is there anyway to change the button label for the “Order again” option? –> we use here the standard WooCommerce text domain because the button of WooCommerce is also used. You can overwrite the text e.g. with a plugin like “Loco Translate”. You can also find this plugin in the WordPress plugin repository.
Regarding your question about the current WP version 5.5.1 – our plugin also works with the current WP version 5.5.1. We have not found any limitations. We will upgrade the current version with the next upcoming update.
Please contact us if you have problems with the version you are using.
Best regards,
Polyres-TeamHi @marjandbk,
we are currently developing an add-on for further order statuses – but this is not final and we can’t offer it for free. As soon as a release date is fixed we will inform you in the usual way. We hope for your support and understanding and hope you are not losing at this point.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Unsuccessful usageHi @morganelite,
what is the status of your order in the “My Account” area? Our plugin shows the “reorder” button only when the order status is “completed”. We are currently developing an add-on for further order statuses – but that’s not final yet. I am looking forward to your feedback and wish you a nice evening.

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Custom options not retriveHi @make-carlos,
you mean by “custom options” = “custom fields”? If yes – we use the standard function/hook “ordered_again” and “custom options” are not taken over for a repeat order. If you want to pass your own custom fields you have to develop your own function.
If you mean “custom options” = “product options” added by a product add-on plugin like “WooCommerce Product Add-Ons”? We have tested the two popular plugins “WooCommerce Product Add-Ons (Link: https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/)” and the YITH plugin “YITH WooCommerce Advanced Product Options (Free & Premium, Link: https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons/)”. With these plugins, the fields are transferred when a new order is placed. It is important, that we do not receive any financial compensation for the reference to another page or product.
I hope we could help you and I am looking forward to your feedback.
Best regards, Poly-res Team

In reply to: [Repeat Order for WooCommerce] Optimize hookHi @camilo,

Poly-res TeamHi Brian,
Thank you for your feedback and we hope you get a positive answer from the developers. If there are any questions please contact us.

Hi Brain,
Thank you for your fast reply – the NBDesigner Plugin is from CMSmart (Link: https://cmsmart.net/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-online-product-designer-plugin) right?
Based off this, the plugin does not support the standard WooCommerce function/hook (ordered-again) to reorder the defined variants/fields which you define in the settings of the product. We recommend that you contact the developer of the plugin and ask them to support the standard function/hook of WooCommerce “ordered-again”.
We can’t implement such functionality in our plugin. We are looking forward to your feedback, if this would be an option for you.
Thanks, Ulf
Hi @bhauserdupli,
so that we understand your request a little better we have the following questions for you – we would be very happy if you could answer them:
– Is the mentioned product a “variable product (WooCommerce Standard)” in your store? Or do you use a plugin (e.g. Product Add-On) for the variants “Sheet Count, Upload, Quantity, etc”? If applicable, is this also a combination of both?
– Did you change the price only in this named product or did you create a new product with new prices and the original product with the old prices still exists (and is only hidden) in the store.
We have tried it with a variable product in our development environment and the current price is always used for reordering.
Thank you for your feedback and answering our questions.
Best regards, Poly-res Team
