our plugin puts only an already finished order into the shopping cart. From there the customer has to go through the order process again. Currently there is no possibility in our plugin that I can put finished orders at certain times (e.g.: Monday, Wednesday and Friday) again in the shopping cart. We regret very much that we do not cover your special requirement.
Your customer could only manually re-trigger a completed order (e.g. the Monday order). Of course he could still adjust or remove the quantity and products in the shopping cart but it has to be done by the customer. But our plugin does not cover fixed times. We don’t know of any other plugin that covers this functionality.

Sorry for our late reply – thank you for your patience.
To your first question: s there a way, when a customer places a “reorder”, for it to get attached to the pdf invoice that is automatically generated? –> generating PDF invoices and sending them to a customer by e-mail is not implemented in the WooCommerce core. There are separate plugins for this (e.g.: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/). Our plugin cannot do that.
To your second question: Or potentially for an email to get sent to the admin of the site, saying something like “Order XXXX is a reorder of Order XXXX”? –> we will check this feature for the e-mail “New order” for the shop administrator/manager and maybe we implement it in one of the next versions.
In our current version we inform the shop manager on the one hand about the “icon – reorder” at the action section and on the other hand in the order notes – but you already know that or?

we are not quite sure if we have understood you correctly – please apologize in advance.
Your first question was, is there a way to duplicate an order in the WooCommerce backend without re-entering everything – right? No – this option is not available in the WooCommerce Core! There are plugins for that – I found o fast one (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-order-splitter/). But we don’t know it in detail and can’t recommend it either. But you can test it if it is helpful for your application.
Unfortunately we don’t understand the second question concerning the stock management correctly – if the stock management was not activated for older orders, a subsequent reduction for these orders is not possible. If the stock management is activated for the sale of your products, the quantity per order is reduced – even if a customer repeats an order with our plugin.

thank you very much for your request. The “Re-Order Icon” only works with our plugin version 1.2.0 and only for orders placed after this date. If it is possible for you to order a “completed” order again – for this order the icon “Re-Order” should be visible in the WooCommerce-Backend (under actions). Unfortunately, this does not work with orders that have already been placed. Thank you very much for your test and feedback.

thanks for your system report. We have noticed that you are already using a plugin for reordering (One Click Order Re-Order from GetCommerce). A button (Re-Order) is displayed here for each order status.
Our plugin only shows such a button when the order has been completed (https://snag.gy/W3rLMf.jpg). An additional button “Order Again” will appear. Please deactivate the “One Click Order Re-Order” plugin and leave our plugin activated. If you see the “Order Again” button on a completed order, everything is fine.
If this is not the case, it only helps to deactivate all plugins in a development environment, except WooCommerce + Theme, and to activate one plugin after the other. As soon as the button disappears we know which plugin is responsible. Would that be possible for you?
