Thank you for the information. I have WordPress and not WordPressMU will that make a difference? Also, I accomplished almost all of the steps listed in your post. My install did not like the line “$bb->cookiepath = ‘/’;”

Where is the installer? Is it in the “bb-admin” folder? There I see to items named install; “install.css” and “install.php”. bbPress is already installed, do I just run the install over again? Do I use the “.php” one?
