In reply to: [WP2Static] Links from the “about” pageNever mind – doesn’t work. Also finding that any internal links on blog posts are as is described in the first post.

In reply to: [WP2Static] Links from the “about” pageI need to post my questions here more often. Once again, after asking, I came up with a work-around. I turned the pages into regular posts, ran the plugin, and it handled all the links properly.
I can handle the pages being posts just fine, using custom links in the menu.

In reply to: [WP2Static] When I add a new post to my blogAfter working on this two days, about ten minutes after posting my question I came upon a solution. Not sure it is the preferred one, but this is what I’m doing: After the initial deployment I clicked on Preview Initial Crawl List. I copied that entire list and pasted it into the exclude list. Then when I ran the plugin it took about 5 seconds.

In reply to: [Auto Post Scheduler] Help me get startedThat fixed it – I didn’t have any “eligible Post statuses” checked.
I had that checked at one point and nothing happened. I think it was because even though the log shows that an option has been changed nothing really happens until the plugin is disabled and then started again.
Then, in the annotation under the recycle checkbox it says:
“Will ONLY be used if no eligible posts are checked OR there are no eligible posts left to publish.”I was unclear as to the exact meaning of this, and since nothing was happening that maybe it meant that if one of the “eligible post statuses” was checked that the “recycle” wouldn’t work – it would only take place if no eligible posts were checked. So I unchecked them all.
Anyway, I think it’s working now. I appreciate the plugin as I have around 1000 posts I want to republish one day at a time.
