You can temporarily disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) directly from your CleanTalk Dashboard:
- Switch to your Security Dashboard: Menu “Services” —> choose “Site Security”.
- Find your website and click the link “Settings” under its name.
- Check the “Turn two factor authentication (2FA) off” option and click the button “Update”.

Please note, this is a temporary solution. The issue might be caused by your site’s theme or a plugin managing the login form. To investigate further, could you provide:
- The theme currently active on your site.
- Any plugins used to customize or manage the login process.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide whitelists for countries as all requests from whitelisted countries will be allowed, even 100% spam.
