Is there a Azera Shop Companion failure, or is it me that has messed something up?

And if its Azera, is it likely that someone will fix it in the near future?

You′re, right – It seems to be the “Azera Shop Companion” that is the problem… But I need it and it doesn’t work when activating it again…?

Any thoughts on how to proceed from here?
