In reply to: Adding js and css folders to server for appFrom your provided code, I can assume that here the CSS and JS files are linked on the HTML part to load.
To run these files and the Calculator form in WordPress you have to put the CSS and JS files in the asset folder of your theme and enqueue from the functions.php file. Then, you have to place the HTML form part of the calculator to the page where it should be loaded (blog).
The script author might instruct you considering the calculator for static HTML page (not for WordPress).
If I could check the files and try on your staging site, I could help you.
I think you should contact with the dev team.Forum: Developing with WordPress
In reply to: Adding js and css folders to server for appI think the folders are the asset files of the calculator and the prefixed file is the loader of those files inside the folders.
To run the calculator, you have to ‘require_once’ the prefixed file in your theme’s functions.php file so that the CSS and JS file load properly on the exact page. Then, the calculator will be functioning on that page.
Without seeing the files and code it is impossible to provide you an exact solution.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
It shows images according to their ratios. If you share the link where the carousel is, we can create custom CSS to make them in the same size. This may make some images stretched or shrunk.Hope to hear from you.
Thank you.As it is working normally on the other pages, the issue may be on the page and its widgets.
In my last point, I tried to explain to delete the text widget/block/box where the shortcode is placed and to create it newly.Screenshot → https://prnt.sc/pgaxui
Could you please place the slider once for us to check the CSS properties? It would better if we could explore it on your end.
Thanks.
Hi,
Generally, it shouldn’t happen.
? Check if the shortcode is placed there earlier.
? Don’t place a shortcode multiple times on a page.
? Check if it occurs on other pages or not.
? Delete the shortcode block and place it newly. We are eager to hear from you again. If you think we need to check the issue on your end, you can contact us through the plugin’s forum.
Thank you.

Hi @wegerl,
Recently, we have brought a major update to the plugin. We have added a lot of features and a new UI dashboard. All the issues are fixed properly.
To get the best performance, please update your plugin to the latest version(2.0.0).
We love to hear feedback.
Thank you.Hi,
Sorry for the late reply.
Actually, the plugin has no animation feature. So, it is not possible currently.
And, if you add an animated logo of ‘.gif’ and ‘.png’ extension directly, they will work definitely.
Thank you.
Hi,
It would better if you could explain the issue properly and show us it in a screenshot.
Isn’t there the ‘Shortcode Generator‘ menu in your plugin? There should be a menu to create shortcodes.
Screenshot → https://prnt.sc/pbku4uGenerally, you can create a shortcode by going to ‘Testimonial→ Shortcode Generator→ Add New‘. Then, place the shortcode on a post/page/widget.
Screenshot → https://prnt.sc/pbkuhwIf you think we should explore the issue on your dashboard, you can contact us through the plugin’s site. We will be happy to assist you.

Hi,
Thank you for purchasing.
We don’t talk about the paid feature here. If you open a support ticket informing us of the issue in our paid forum, you will get a solution surely. Many of the users are using the variable width feature. You can also use. I think you are still using the free version. You have to download and install the pro version from the ShapedPlugin site.Forum link → https://shapedplugin.com/support/
Hope to hear from you there soon.
Thank you.Hi,
There is no system in the plugin to hide on the mobile screen.
Check that the ‘Carousel Column‘ in the ‘GENERAL SETTINGS‘ tab is not left blank or set to zero.
Screenshot → https://prnt.sc/p8lxm2A shortcode of the plugin covers its parent div/section/area where it is placed. If the section is set to hide on the mobile from your page editor, the carousel will be hidden too.
It would be better for us if we could inspect the page to check any unexpected CSS style there.
Hope the answer helps. If you think we should look into your dashboard, you can contact us through the plugin’s site.
Thanks.

Best Regards.Hi,
The sub-category/child category feature is not available in the plugin. Previously, the child categories appeared in the search list, but it wouldn’t work in the slider.
If you want to check and use the previous version, you can download it from here(bottom) → https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-category-slider-grid/advanced/

Hi,
It seems something is overriding the field section of the plugin. I guess it may be a plugin. So, try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check.
If this does not help, we need to explore it on your end. You can contact us through plugin’s site.
Regards.
