Thank you for the prompt response. I have managed to get it partially working, with the file type code in your example and coming through as a attachment on email.

When I just use the below I can upload, but there is no attachment in the email.

<input type="file">

What do I have to do to get the the email attachment show, our can you amend the file type example to have no restrictions on type or limit
