Yeah, I’ve given up. There’s literally no way to contact the company unless you’ve paid for one of their themes. If they’re not gonna support their plugins, they shouldn’t HAVE them.

I’m gonna find another plugin that does more-or-less the same thing, & switch to that.

Thank you for the update! Any idea when a new version might happen? I’d like to be using HPOS before the holiday season if possible.

I cleared my cache, changed my theme, & turned off all my plugins except yours, & it’s still showing the numbers.

For reference, the two themes I tried are Astra & Storefront. I updated everything & kept clearing the cache just to make sure that wasn’t being an issue. I’m still running PHP 7.4, which might be the issue?

But other than that, I’m stumped.

argh, that means it’s probably a plugin conflict. I’ll poke at that & see what I can find. thanks!

I wound up running it through the cleaning tool twice, the first time wasn’t enough, so I just picked every option that didn’t make the icon a horrible mess, & now it’s working fine. Many thanks — I’ve bookmarked that tool & I’ll be using it again!

The screenshot gets me a 404 error, unfortunately, & I think I didn’t phrase my question well.

I don’t want to display all my categories in the grid; I only want to display specific ones. I set category display type’ to ‘multiple categories’. Right below there is gives a list of my product categories with checkboxes so I can select which ones I want to display, but it only lists the first ten product categories there. I can’t select any of the rest of them.

I have a bunch of categories under ‘leather stuff’ but I can’t get them to show up there. Any chance that could happen?

That worked on the front page — for which many thanks!

But on the other pages (category, product, & others, I’m guessing everything with breadcrumbs?) it actually makes the space between the breadcrumbs & the header larger, while the space below the breadcrumbs stays the same.

Which I’m sure makes sens on some level but that is WAY beyond my pay grade.

I miiiight just take the breadcrumbs out & see if that works but if you’ve got any further ideas in the meantime, that’d be sweet.

Yeah, the date ranges are nice, but I don’t need em if they’re part of the problem.
