following up. Why is it so hard to get decent support?

As stated in the description of the plugin, it provides functionality to adjust the cropped-images that wordpress automatically generates (as there is no other way to do this).

If you want to generally crop the image you may use the wordpress internal image tools or crop the image before upload.

Also, is there no visual indication/preview that the photo was cropped? Where do i see it?

Facebook states “Incorrect variant details”;

x items with x variants have incorrect variant details. Make sure all variants of an item have the same attributes filled in, and that each variant is unique.

https://www.facebook.com/business/help/120325381656392?id=725943027795860 states we need “item_group_id” and it is part of our feed but still not helpful.

On the Meta (Facebook) commerce manager i see “Incorrect variant details” with an explanation (copy below) that doesn’t seem to be applicable to us.

Fix issues with this item’s information or settings. Issues may appear for up to 30 minutes after you’ve fixed them.

Incorrect variant details

Variants of this item aren’t set up correctly. All variants of an item must have the same attributes filled in, such as size, color, pattern, material, gender or other attributes.

For example, if you provide a size and color for one variant, provide a size and color for all the others too.

Make sure each variant is unique. For example, don’t create two variants of the same item that are both blue (color) and medium (size).
