In reply to: [Conditional Display for Mobile - Mobile Detect Plugin] iPad detected as MacYou’re right, but it’s the browser, not the device. Try it with Chrome on an iPad, and it will work fine. It’s something to do with Safari.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Date Shows September 26 @ September 26 – September 26You’re right, Geoff, that’s exactly what it was. For some odd reason, both Date Format and Time Format under Settings > General were set to Custom with a blank field next to custom. I have no idea how that happened. However, once I changed those settings, everything fell into place.
Even more oddly, when I look under Events > Settings > Display, I don’t see any setting for Time Format.
Still, it’s fixed. Weird!
Thanks!

In reply to: Autodelete comments with links optionTrue. Bots don’t care. But the people behind the bots care. They want to see SOME kind of result that they perceive to be helpful.
Nor is an automated emptying of the spam queue the answer because we only want to autodelete comments that contain links. Not all comments that end up in the spam gueue contain links.

In reply to: Autodelete comments with links optionYes, but that doesn’t delete the comment. It just removes the link. A lot of plugins do that. None of them remove the entire comment. Until the comments disappear every time, the spammers aren’t going to get discouraged.

In reply to: [Advanced Ads –?Ad Manager & AdSense] Dedicated Ad Page? Thanks Joachim.
I appreciate it.
I’m not surprised that you don’t have an automated way to create pages. It was a shot in the dark. It was really just a roundabout way to accomplish what I want to accomplish.
I want to be able to have advertisers not only pick a plan for advertising on the website, but I also want them to be able to pick an option that would submit the ad to our Facebook group automatically for a per-insertion fee on a schedule of their own choosing.
Unlike a web page which is largely static, social media groups are timelines. Thus an ad sent to a Facebook group would need to be priced per insertion rather than for a particular period of time.
I doubt that this is something most people are interested in, but I think it has tremendous potential.
Thanks again for your response.

@takayukister I am absolutely blown away that after more than two years of this topic bouncing around your first and only reply is to chide people for going off-topic.
When are you going to address the original topic question?

In reply to: [ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7] Default option produces errorsThanks for the info. I’m still a bit confused, though, because we were running on the default setting (V3) all this time after many months. Suddenly, it stopped working. Any idea why?
