Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
Razorpay OrderId: order_HBqXD4aem6PdvC

i manually changed the order status to processing as the payment shows captured on razorpay payment dashboard – payment id: pay_HBqYnwGTr42TuO
Order status changed from Cancelled to Processing.

this payment was made through UPI.

another issue from yesterday:
payment id: pay_HN0wMEEktfXI6u
razorpay order id: order_HMvlNhJpXZmVAc
here is the error:
Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.
this payment is captured on razorpay but not on woocommerce.
an interesting thing to note is
this payment was made through UPI.
Webhooks is enabled.

Hi there,
I reverted the woocommerce version to the more stable version of 4.3.3 and havent had the heart and courage to upgrade it since then!

I’ll upgrade and then check if the same problem persists, else we can ignore this for now.

i see the same error after deactivating all plugins excluding WooCommerce. I haven’t switched to the default theme, do i need to do that, that can break my website! Wont it?

I deactivated CDN and the website is now running!

Thanks saxiaq. I did deactivate Role Scoper and tried posting an event. The events posted after that are not showing any problems but the one’s that were posted earlier (before deactivation) seem to have the problem.

I was finally able to get this done. The changes were not noticable inspite of disabling W3TC cache plugin. I later realized it was due to the cache feature in “cloudflare” {www.cloudflare.com}. once i deactivated cloudflare, the changes showed an effect immediately.

hey tried that.. but , it still isn’t working.

this is what i have done..

in my respective themes folder i created a folder called events and moved all the 5 files as mentioned.

then i added this code in the events.css file

#tribe-events-content .grid .hentry {
width: auto;
}

i did the same in the following file
https://www.ektitli.org/testing/wp-content/themes/unspoken/skins/unspoken-brockman/unspoken-brockman.css

infact i have now removed this code in the same css file as above

.grid .hentry {
width: 300px;
padding: 20px 0;
border-top: 1px dotted #DDD;
margin-right: 20px;
float: left;
}

and rechecked, but it still isn’t working.

i am not able to sort this out… request for help as i dont wish to deactivate this plugin..

I tried the following, yet ??
1. Resaved my permalinks page.. this is the structure
/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/

2. deactivated all the plugins , yet i get to see the same error.
3. I believe its an issue with the theme as it is working perfectly fine here: https://www.pashmina.bz/events/
4. I even tried the various themes under the settings for Events calendar yet it gives the same problem..

thankyou for your reply over email and here too.. i am definitely having a look and will keep you informed on how it goes..

this is what u had suggested over email:

* It could be a permalinks-related issue. Resave your permalinks page to reset them.
* Make sure you’re running the latest version of the plugin (2.0.5).
* Try to identify whether this is a conflict with another plugin. You can do so easily by deactivating any other plugins you’ve got active and checking whether the issue persists.
* If it isn’t a plugin conflict, it may be a theme one. If after deactivating all other plugins the issue persists, please revert to the default 2011 theme and test whether it’s an issue there.

Let me know if one of those does the trick. If not, we’d be happy to take a look at this for you, but would you mind posting on the forums for this plugin at www.ads-software.com first? The forums are the best place to handle support issues such as this one and will allow me to bring in a dev to respond as needed. If you wanted to send me over a link to the thread once it’s published that would allow me to get it to the appropriate party on our end.
