Ok. I disabled Virtual Robots and added a static text file in the root directory. Works for now.

I changed the .htaccess back to Default and still its not working.

I got it working using a simple .htaccess code. Written a post on the same here

Nope. I made my own little PHP Script which emailed the User Details and then returned the PDF link for download.

Here is a 2 mins check :

Install the plugin : Contact Form 7
It has an inbuilt form and uses the same mail() function. Send a test email using the same. If it gives the same error then contact your webhost if not then your script is faulty.

No. Two WordPress installations will not work in the same folder.
You need to different istallation location for each copy of WordPress.

I think if you create an addon domain then you would still get https://www.abc.com and https://www.xyz.com and they would run in their respective addon folders created using cPanel

Otherwise by doing a manual install in the same folder or migration will not work.

It would be of great help if you could include a Plugin to translate the Webpage to English as You want the same to be viewed by different people to more about China, I think it would be nice if you could have a translated version for us who do not know Chinese.

Yes. You can use WordPress for the same. You have lots of Plugins available to modify the functionality according to your liking. WordPress is very flexible and I am sure you can mold it to your needs.
