Reading the https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/custom-translations I have two more questions about the info here. There is written:
A couple of things to notice here:

1. Our existing file shows “System” under the “Folder” column. That means it lives in a location that is managed by WordPress updates.
2. There’s a link that says “Create template”. This tells us that Twenty Seventeen doesn’t have one. We can get around this as you’ll see.

– What if I don’t see “System” under the folder column? And how do I get this? Where I checked now, it showed “Author”. This is in case of checking Loco > Plugins.

When I check Loco > Themes I do see “System” under the folder column but there it says no translations are found for this theme and below that there is another theme (Storefront) which does have translations. Should I use Storefront in that case? Please see: https://snag.gy/q65WRc.jpg

– What if it says “Edit template” instead of “Create template”?

– And, can I do the same in case of plugins like described on this page https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/custom-translations or is it only in case of themes?
