If you decide to change themes, have a look at Storefront, a free theme that can be styled very close to what your current theme looks like. And since it’s the WooCommerce in-house theme, it’s as optimized as it gets.

You’ve probably already found a solution, but here’s the summary for others who might end up on this thread. The error is caused by the plugin WF_Shipping_UPS_Tracking, created and maintained by WooForce. The plugin author highlights the following:

“You are using the older version of UPS Premium plugin. WooCommerce has updated their structure recently. Our UPS plugin has also been updated accordingly. You need to update ups plugin to make it compatible with the latest WooCommerce. Please update to latest version(3.6.3). It will fix your problem.”

WooCommerce 3.2 opens the “Terms and Conditions” link in a new window. Does this solve your question?

Alternatively, you can search for “Sale badge” on google or in the plugin repo on www.ads-software.com and find plugins that can offer this functionality.

Did you find a solution to your query? If you need to split numbers in the same cell, you will find tutorials on google on how to do that without having to type everything manually into a new cell.

The way your website displays on mobile depends on the theme that you are using. If the theme is not optimized for mobile (or for WooCommerce on mobile), it might not work correctly. Your best bet is to contact the theme author and ask them for help.
