It’s so strange that I have installed Woocommerce on my website but when I try to open the ticket here – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?
When I put the code for support, it gives me:
Your site is not connected to WooCommerce.com.
How is that possible, as I’m using it and it’s been enabled on my website for more than 1 year?!
