WP GDPR Compliance 1.3.3 adds a missing translatable field. This covers in 1.3.3 both of the buttons. Thanks for letting us know!

ALSO 1.3.3 updates the request table fields.

@torerro Good question. We don’t collect data in the plugin beyond the data already present in your WP database and that is visible when your users request it.

Soon we will also automatically delete those request records so no data is left behind.

We use the wp_mail() function so maybe your site or host has this blocked or the mails end up in the spam? Just tested it through another users site and it worked perfectly.

It is pretty difficult to have the checkbox(es) appear properly in everyone’s site but I’ll send your input to the developers so they can decide on the best hook to use or to make it an option.

If you’re seeing the form you didn’t get there through the email I’m guessing. The link in the email is IP and session locked to be the same as the IP and browser session you requested from. The form should not show and instead shows you the data. If no data is available it’ll clearly show you that.

Can you please update the plugin if you haven’t already and try again?

Because CF7 only sends the data to your email and does not store it in the WordPress database (unless you have the add-on to do that) the WP GDPR Compliance plugin cannot ‘see’ that data. We might release an update in the future to support both functionality.

I believe lubenda is a 3rd-party service for Privacy Policies. Right now we only support actual WordPress pages on your own site but someone else asked to link to an external service as well so we might include this option in future releases.

Currently we only need 2 tables yet.
Because CF7 doesn’t store data in WordPress out of the gate (there is an add-on to do just yet) the WP GDPR Compliance plugin doesn’t hook into that just yet. We’re looking into this for future releases.

Are you using WordPress native Comments or another plugin for your comment section?

In the latest version of the WP GDPR Compliance plugin we help anonymise personal data in the WordPress Comments (and several other supported plugins).

@coachingbarnim Why didn’t you contact us over Support first? We probably could’ve helped you out as this doesn’t seem to be a problem on other sites.

I’m not entirely sure I understand your problem. You’ve filled out the checkbox text in the settings but it doesn’t show? I see a large paragraph of text next to your checkbox so it seems fixed now?
