I have the same issue. Trying to update the theme but can’t get past the ftp details, which appear to be different than what I thought they were. Is it possible I’ve been hacked? And does anyone know what caused this in the first place? Cheers, Van.

OK, so I’ve been having the exact same issue – I like the plugin for ease to set up, how it looks, but it does – not – work. https://www.corrinahewat.com
None of the suggestions I’ve read here make any difference, and can’t seem to find any answers that actually FIX the problem anywhere on the support forum. Would love to know if anyone knows what the solution is before I uninstall it and go find a plugin that works?

Thanks so much for the advice – I’m afraid I’m somewhat of a novice with php, and this solution falls a couple feet beyond of my knowledge boundary. So rather than ask you (or anyone) to explain in simpler terms, I’ll just live with it until I find some time to figure it out. Thanks again, very much appreciated.

One thing I was hoping for, is for the “Add to Cart” button not to be visible – both on the All products page, and on the single product page. Is there a way of enabling that?
