as I wrote, I solved it and you can use the CPanel file manager or via ftp.
– you must recreate the missing “images” folder in the path wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/modules/ (if you look there is not)
– you need to have this wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/modules/images/
– in the images folder (path: wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/images/) copy the file tcx48px.png
– go back to the wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/modules/images/ folder and paste the file here.

I solved it this way.

It remains to be seen whether there are other problems, since the contents of the folder appear to have been moved …
