Go to your themes directory, it look like this way:

your-site-root-directory/wp-contnet/themes/your-theme

Inside that directory create two folders jigoshop/emails. The full path will look like this way:

your-site-root-directory/wp-contnet/themes/your-theme/jigoshop/emails

Inside the email folder you need to copy and paste one file from Jigoshop, the file name is “layout.html” which is in to the following directory:

your-site-root-directory/wp-contnet/plugins/jigoshop/templates/emails/

After you copy “layout.html” file from

your-site-root-directory/wp-contnet/plugins/jigoshop/templates/emails/

to

your-site-root-directory/wp-contnet/themes/your-theme/jigoshop/emails

You need to change a “Green header” of email in whatever color you like, but to do that you need a minimum basic knowledge of CSS and HTML coding.
You need to locate the following code snippet: (see the screen below)

And change ‘style=”background-color:#89b655;’ to
‘style=”background-color:#your-color;’
