Same issues with our site. Cannot search any order numbers. We get a timeout. Hating woo right now.

I think its a conflict with the theme css. Is there a way around that?

I had to deactivate it because it was conflicting with the other videos on the page. Here is a screenshot of what it looked like when it was on the page.

Hi, full-screen mode works on desktop but not mobile. Any ideas?

I think it is due to the Flatsome theme we use. I have the homepage video in a block and full screen doesn’t work. But when I view the video embedded on a basic blog post it works. Any ideas on getting around the block video?

Hi, thats odd because we have the latest version and it doesn’t work on iphone. I tried safari and chrome. Is it only available on the paid version?

Full screen doesn’t work on the free version. Any ideas?

@kawpoosta Make sure you empty site cache and server cache if its enabled.

Problem seems to be intermittent. I updated to 5.4.1 but we are still getting reports from customers throughout the day with the same expiry date error. Many orders are coming in using credit card / authorize.net checkout but received a few contact forms telling us they got an error.

Anyone find a solution?
