Hi Henry. Here is what I have done but unfortunately I am still getting the same error so I may have missed something.
I have purged the “SG Cache” at the top of the WordPress Admin dashboard
I only have 1 plug in that deals with optimisation called ‘SG optimiser’ (Siteground native optimiser).
In the SG Optimiser settings (see here https://alecs73.sg-host.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/SG-Optimiser.jpg) I couldn’t see a time setting for caching but I did add the two contact us pages to the “exclude urls from caching option”So I deactivated the SG Optimiser and the contact form worked, when I reenabled it it immediately failed.
So as you correctly suggested there does seem to be something there stopping this contact form working but as you can see there are not many settings to work with.
Would it help if I changed the captcha type on the contact page?
Any suggestions?

In reply to: [Neve] Line spacingOne more thing that may help. When I choose to add a block on a page if I choose ‘preformatted’ when I hover over that option a pop out message states “it will preserve your formatting’ and it does! It keeps lines closely together but unfortunately you don’t get to remove the yellow background block and get any choice to change the font.
I don’t know where this problem is but its definitely in the Neve theme and the editor

In reply to: [Neve] Line spacingI also think this might help. I have discovered when I hit the enter key to start a new line the html tag </p> along with <br> gets inserted
It takes a lot of time but what I am doing at present is removing all the </p> tags.
It would be really helpful if the problem of these large spaces between lines could be fixed as I can’t believe I am the only one to experience this.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Neve] Line spacingHi thanks for your reply. I would like to confirm I have done this in the correct place because it seems to have made no difference?
In the WordPress dashboard I go to Appearance\Neve and under Customizer quick links\customize fonts I then choose additional css and add the css you provided at the end of the all the current css.

In reply to: Copy member DBThanks @bcworkz
I have copied over the whole database so there is the original WordPress database and our custom database. Thanks for advising me of the limitations of being able to query the database. In your view what is the simplest way to achieve this i.e. if we need to learn coding what is the simplest to learn? I have been fault finding on our php but its hardly the most ‘readable‘ straightforward coding language.
Javascript?
Python (good at supporting data sets (our DB!)) Also designed to be readable?
