Thank you for your reply. It was a plugin that seemed to have caused it which minifies css, javascript and html. I did do the deactivate and activate, did not reinstall that plugin. The only issue is, due to the previous plugin, it now seems to cause an issue every time I add an optimisation plugin even when it is to optimise images. How do I repair what that plugin did? I think it removed the code in my css etc and now its lost.
