First check whether have you installed any redirection plugins if not Open your Godaddy Cpanel > phpmyadmin > wp_options(of the subsite it database name will be like Ex:- “wp_2_options” ) > check the site URL ….

install the multisite user management plugin and change the roles of the admins in the other sub-sites where you want to restrict them to access the themes and plugins….

try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check it … its works ……..(Y) ??

Option 1 :- Login into ur domain2 and domain3 cpanel >> Click on the redirect Icon >> add your redirection from domain2 to domain1 same for the domain3.

Option 2 :- Login into ur domain2 and domain3 cpanel >> Filemanager >> select webroot and click on GO >> add this code in the .htaccess file >>

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !newdomain.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.newdomain.com/$1 [L,R=301]

Note : Don’t forget replace https://www.newdomain.com to https://www.yourdomain.com

Thanks for your reply Mika … i solved it…have to deal with database changed everything in 20mins now all my sites link are https:// to https:// and also redirected completely to https.

Solution :-
1. add Adminer plugin
Network admin >> settings >> adminer >> option your database and look for “wp-options” in that change your site name from https:// to https:// then go back to network admin panel.

2. Now change all your sub-directories(subdomain) urls from https://xyz.com/abc to https://xyz.com/abc . we can do it by Network admin >> sites >> select the subdomain and click on edit >> settings >> change site url from “http to https” and save it. Do the same for all subdomains.

3.Once update all your site permalinks and deactivate the adminer plugin.
Finished…

login into your cpanel and file manager >> public_html >> wp-content >> plugins >> delete “yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation” and “google-analytics-for-wordpress”.
