Support got back to me. The token i was using was a “business” token and not the “personal” option. (Client sent it to me and didn’t tell me). The personal token was then obtained (which is way shorter in length) and worked just fine. I knew it had to be something simple and hopefully that will help others that experience similar issues.

I have a similar situation. I just sent in a support request. What I noticed though, when I try to connect manually, I enter the Access Token, but the plugin field cuts off after about half the Token. It doesn’t accept the full character length of the token, therefore it is saying invalid and can’t connect.

For me, this was caused by my Cache Plugin (WP fastest Cache). There is a setting button in that plugin to show (or not show) the cached pages/posts to logged in users. As a logged in admin I was seeing the cached pages (no admin toolbar). I unchecked that box, hit refresh and then the toolbar is back as i was no longer seeing the cached version.

I have been having issues with a “page builder” and BackupBuddy not changing the full URL paths when I used a /folder like mentioned above. I found generic workarounds, but have been trying to find a real fix for months. Finally found this thread, added the \/ between folders in the path inside your plugin and BAM, worked like a charm.

I just installed Firefox on my phone and tried it. When I click the link to load, it just says “Loading…” for ever and never loads. The black box doesn’t appear like with Chrome, but still doesn’t load.

Yes, I am on the latest plugin version 3.4.1.
I have also switched to default theme and disabled all other plugins (very few used) to see if there was a conflict and no help.

Not sure that other apps on the smartphone could cause a conflict? Not sure how to test that.

I am on a Nexus 6, Android 5.1.1, Chrome 46.0.2490.76

It loads the player and displays all the controls but just gives a black box with no image, same as mentioned above.

Works great on desktop Firefox and Chrome.

I see you are working on it, just wanted to add my mobile hardware data if it can help.

Update it again, they fixed the error in a few minutes.

They just released the update, hit refresh, update and all is well again!

Just updated Genesis to 2.2.3 and plugin is at 2.1.3 (child theme is Epik), Wp is 4.3.1.

Same error shows on top of live site. Had to deactivate.

Any update on the search functionality?

I just installed plugin on a new site and the Search Box widget shows zero search results, even though there should be some.

I was hoping to still have my “category” page show the titles and excerpts to the posts, while having another page just show the titles linking to the posts(along with additional text).

I guess worse case I can use your suggestion and make due.
