I can’t get into the forums either… what a tease, looking forward to something as cool as Canvas and Ink and not being able to get there from here! I am experimenting with Joomla now,it seems flexible, though I’d just as soon not give up all I’ve learned thus far with WordPress!

charatez: It would be REALLY great if someone could help us out! I just spent a full day trying to do a Drupal install to see if I should switch (I need more of a CMS solution, like Kiwi) and no one is responding at their forum either ??

I was happy to find this thread, I’m a newbie too and have been trying to center content on a page without a sidebar. It works for me with a few issues. I lose my content area background color and also the right hand side of the content is cut off as if the sidebar is still there (but it isn’t). Any suggestions? I use Fallseason theme.

I just installed this yesterday, if you’re still wondering… the first three feeds I tried didn’t work so try another address. Make sure you use the right brackets as shown and no quotation marks. I put the info right on a page in the content area and voila! Awesome. Except I want to block an image that it is feeding so if anyone can answer that for me…

I just did a line at a time and think I’d fudged it… I still would like to know if there is a way to change the title of a page any not have the entire title show in the navigation bar. I do not mean that it not show at all, just that I need something shorter than full title in the nav bar. Thanks

Browsing for answers to my widget problem I think I can now describe it as my site showing up in the “printer friendly” version, i.e.my style sheet formatting is stripped out. Anyone know how I can get it back?

Moosecandy was great to install and get going… however I think it looks cheesy posted between my title and the post itself. Does anyone know how to get the adsense BEFORE the post title instead of after?

Ruthannf: I had mistakenly changed the text at the END of each line in the config.php file… you need to change the text INSIDE the quotes (more in the middle of each line of text, look there, you’ll see it). Sorry I can’t remember where I saw the example that clued me in. I am so not a techie but it’s coming together for me.
