We tested your theme with Easy Instagram 3.0 and there do not seem to be any issues. Then, we changed our Instagram testing account to “Private” and we were unable to see our videos, just like you’re currently unable to. We looked at your Instagram account, yeawomen, and sure enough, your account is set to “Private.” Please remove the privacy setting from your account and see if that fixes it. It did for us ??

mitch_phxaz – we visited the URL you provided and can’t see any sort of error where elements are getting pushed outside the widget or sidebar, nor do we see any sort of alignment issues. Have you since addressed them? If not, would you please provide us with screenshots and tell us the browser and version you’re using?

Yes, Easy Instagram does support IG video — as of version 3.0. Are you running version 3.0 of the plugin?

Also, please provide us with a URL to a page where we can see what you mean.

If you’re using the widget, you must select to open the image in Thickbox or Colorbox.

We tested the authorization URL you pasted, and cannot seem to reproduce anything resembling a “blank coding page.” Would you please provide us with a screenshot of the page? Please include which browser and version you’re using.

You might also attempt the authorization process in a different browser. It’s also possible that there were temporary issues with Instagram’s authorization servers at the time.

What do you currently see on the Easy Instagram Settings page, under Instagram Account?
