    Hello,
Just to confirm before we dig into this, you are using Easy Instagram 3.0?

Also, please tell us your WordPress version, the theme you are using, and the location of your widget (sidebar, footer).

    Thanks!

    Hello Edson,
This issue is currently being tracked in another ticket, here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/no-photos-are-appearing-just-the-loading-animation?replies=14

Several possible solutions are discussed there, and the next release of Easy Instagram will attempt to address as many of them as possible. If, after reading through that ticket, you feel that your issue is unique to everything described there, please feel free to reopen here.

    Thanks,

Thanks for continuing to follow-up, Cameron. We’re in the process of testing interaction with WP Super Cache as part of our next release, and we’re taking your comments into account. Will report back here if we find a possible solution.

    Hi Bruce-
Thanks for your inquiry. We’d be happy to offer some tips, but in order to better assess the issue, would you please place the Easy Instagram widget in the sidebar of one of the pages on your development site? We visited the link you provided above (thank you), but do not see Easy Instagram being used on your page currently.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us! Others have experienced a similar issue. For the next release we are working a new feature that should solve this:

Configurable cache directory, to help with some server configurations where directories inside wp-content/plugins are not writable.

In the meantime, since you may be having issues with the creation of the “cache” folder inside wp-content/plugins/easy-instagram, if you have the proper access please try adjusting the folder permissions. That should allow the images to display in the front-end widget.

Please let us know if you have any further questions,

    Hi all!

For the next release we are working on the following new features:

–Configurable cache directory, to help with some server configurations where directories inside wp-content/plugins are not writable.

–Separate error messages for separate cases of “cannot create folder/nonexistent folder” and “cannot write to folder”.

–Link to the plugin settings page on the installed plugins page.

In the meantime, for anyone having issues with the creation of the “cache” folder inside wp-content/plugins/easy-instagram, if you have the proper access please try adjusting the folder permissions.

    Thank you,

We’re happy to contribute. We’ll review the documentation for improved clarity in the next release; and if there were any areas in particular you felt needed clarification, we’d be happy to hear.

    Hi marritbotma,

Thank you for posting your error message in the support forum. The “registered redirect URI” is the URI path you would have entered when you registered your client on Instagram.

The URI you entered on Instagram should look like this: https://www.example.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=easy-instagram

Now, when you’re logged in to the CMS, and on the Easy Instagram Settings panel, look at the URL in the address bar and make sure it matches exactly what you entered on Instagram.

Sometimes our users experience difficulty at this step because they are using a subdomain, and have not entered the path as such in Instagram.

    waveminded-
Thank you for the opportunity to help resolve this issue. The widget has a maximum display of 10 images. Are you by chance using 2 widgets in attempt to display a total of 20 images?

If so, would you please direct us to the URL of a page where you have set up two widgets, each set to display 10 images, yet you are only seeing 14?
