Understood, thank you. So ultimately the only way to do a “drill-down” approach would be to recreate the Zenfolio groups and sub-groups as pages within WordPress. And on each group page add the shortcode that references it?

If so, in my case that might be possible since its only roughly 20 pages.

Unfortunately, it was not a design improvement. The other designs looked much nicer. They are now clunky and not as streamlined as the previous versions.

When 2.4 was released it changed the design of 1, 2, 3. And none of the new templates are acceptable. It would have been better if the new templates were 4, 5, 6.

I passed this along to my client and I asked them to include the above URL in their support ticket.

I wanted to add to this thread as well. Styles 1, 2, & 3, should be left as is. If you want to add a 4, 5, & 6 that would be the better option. I had to rollback the plugin also to 2.3.3 as the new styles display very poorly. Hopefully you will consider this update in a 2.4.1 release or another update.

Unfortunately not, never found a solution. It may be directly within Woocommerce, but it hasn’t been resolved there either.

@olympic1 unfortunately it was never resolved. I checked elsewhere also and nothing seemed to have worked. My client just decided to deal with it for now.

I just realized one other thing that I am not sure if it is the issue. When I try to update the plugin it says: An error occurred while updating WP Job Manager – Simple Paid Listings: Update package not available.

Is there a way to get the plugin to update? Currently they are running 1.4.3, but it looks like 2.0.0 is available.

I wanted to follow up about this as the job board has stopped a few times since the last report. I did clone the site to a development area for further testing. When the job postings stopped loading on the live site today, I checked the development site, but the job postings were showing fine there.

Both the live site and the development site are on the same server, just different URLs. And both are running the exact same theme, WP version, plugins, etc. I am trying to get the development site to replicate the same issue, and then from there I can work on some of the testing.

I checked a backup from 6 months ago and the photos are not in the wp-content/gallery, so I am not fully sure what happened. If I upload them directly to the folder via FTP will they show back up?

Thank you for the fast reply. I will certainly check with the hosting company. I don’t think it has to do with a space issue because I cloned the site to a development server to test it, and I am having the same issues on the development server which has alot of space.

I did as a test just delete 1 gallery that was mentioned above, and then recreated it with the same name and photos. And the photos now show up.

Actually it does look like it replicates the same issue when YayMail is deactivated. The template doesn’t really look much different when deactivated, but same issue occurs.
