I tried a different template and it works, just the first template items are over on the left margin. It’s a little confusing about the “pro” thing. Your notification says “thanks for using the service box pro version”, however pro options can’t be used.

Thanks for replying. The generic message came back with whatever was supposed to be on the contact form that someone was trying to send. I saw who had attempted to contact me. I sent a dummy message to myself through the contact form on my website and I got the same garbage. The only readable information coming through in the email is the sender’s email address. Also, I thought it may be due to my email address being set to my AOL email address, so I changed it to our business email address and the same thing is happening.

I managed to fix it. I noticed it was working in Chrome, but not Firefox. I found that Firefox had installed a tracker disabler without my knowledge in the newest version. Thank you anyways!

Thank you for this information. My host usually catches a malware right away and notifies me. The first time this happened, I deleted the four files they notified me about. Then they had me zip the files like you said and run them through a scanner. The scan came up clean. Then, they had me create a totally new directory/Wordpress and move all the files to the new location. The old directory has never been deleted, perhaps I should do that. I had Wordfence and Sucuri plugins active and both did not catch when a malware was added to the core. My host notified me again, although Sucuri showed it had been added. So, I added another plugin, Anti-Malware by Gotmls.net. They have a virus scanner and found a small directory was infected.

I don’t know what a virus looks like just by visually scanning through my files. My next step is to view the access.log. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I wish I knew what cloudfront is because it has caused a lot of grief! I placed your code for the image in the Customizer Additional CSS and the image is fixed. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it.

The CSS looks much better, thank you for that invaluable piece of information. I added in your code after I fixed the CSS, and the image on the cart page is still tiny. Perhaps if the columns were spaced out better, it wouldn’t look so goofy being so small.

Unfortunately it didn’t work, the image is still the same tiny size.

I really appreciate your quick responses. I checked it from another browser and you’re right. But, now I see the product image is extremely tiny. How do I get rid of the image or make it bigger? I remember before having this issue and even though I was regenerating thumbnails and images, the image still was very small.

Good job, because cart was selected for shop page. This has led to the cart page of the page we don’t want though. We wanted the cart with what it was showing earlier (with the apply coupon button, quantity can be changed, update carton button, and subtotal button).

The cross-sells field is empty.
