We’re not in the position to tell you which plugin you must use. It’s really a niche market. I recommend you going for a theme that supports this feature, may be the pro version of Novavideolite will support this?

Have you checked the error_log of your webserver? 403 will definitely generate some lines.

Are you on a shared host? If so, I recommend you asking your webhost to modify the configuration of the webserver. Point your webhost to the following: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8896644/request-entity-too-large

You might face improper directory permissions or ownerships, please check that first. One question for you: were you able to update or install plugins before? If not, check your wp-config.php for the following line:

define(‘DISALLOW_FILE_MODS’, true);

If it existst: remove the line or set it to false.

They are probably inserted in the database, so check your post(s) and page(s). Make sure you select the textual editor, NOT the visual editor. Scroll through all the lines and you will find them somewhere.

If you restored your site it’s hard to find out what happened and how it happened. If your plugins were right up to date, check the permissions on your server. But most of all: check your own computer. Especially Windows computers… Use a good virusscanner and have it scan your computer daily.

You should customize your stylesheet or resize the header.
Look for the class ‘main-tshirt tc-smart-loaded’ and either align it vertically or horizontally.

If you want to get hacked, use illegal themes. They almost all contain backdoors.

Have you recreated your site from scratch again? So did you do a fresh new install, with all fresh new plugins? Don’t use the files from the hacked site, as they might be infected.
You should make an export of your content first, before installing the new site. So you may import it again later. The first thing you should do is install the plugin GOTMLS, register and get the latest signatures. Make sure it will scan your images as well and then start scanning. It will take some time. It will tell you if anything is infected and give you the chance to clean it. After that install the other plugins (from the repository) and test your site on desktop and mobile.
