Did as suggested and removed the plugin. Added again, but it fails to upload my Instagram as a source… When I press add (see screenshot) nothing happens. Manually adding also fails.

This is something that is a bridge too far for me knowledge wise…???

I just switched back to your plugin, so you can have a look. This happens with the settings I always had…. I really don’t like how the reader mode looks, so that’s not an option for me.

I tried every setting to get an acceptable outcome, but to no avail… Never had issues before! At the moment I even disabled the plugin. It was just too messy/ugly on a mobile device… Whichever mode I choose.

I have no idea what changed and caused the issues in the first place.

But as stated in my previous comments, it resolved itself suddenly…

Okay, that sounds like a logic thing. The only thing is that I have been using that plugin for ages and the print issues are more recent…

After reactivating all the plugins one by one, the problems (weirdly enough) seems to be coming from a totally different one?! Deactivated it and am now awaiting an answer from the last person emailing me about the print issues…. Hopefully the problem is solved.

I’ll be back with an update as soon as I have one.

As a result of this conversation, I connected MailChimp with Google Analytics. They show there as referrer: email. Will this change anything in your way of collecting stats?
Not much else I can tick in MailChimp… But I prefer Jetpack’s simpeler stats (app) over Google Analytics.

Okay, clear. But does that mean they are not registered as visitors at all? Or they just end up under another referrers heading like google? Those people do end up visiting my website, so they should count somewhere, right?

What details would you need from me to investigate further?

I sent out a survey to my newsletter readers to check if people actually click/read the links and the answers was clearly: yes. So… I can provide additional info, just let me know what you would need.

For now I am back online. But the same thing happened last week. It seems like the problem is solved (for now), but I have no idea how it will react in the near future. The Jetpack xml is switched off now, Yoast xml is turned on. Fingers crossed…

I am using a customized theme (SKT Girlie Pro Child) and don’t feel comfortable switching to a basic theme to investigate further. Too afraid all my settings/adjustments will get lost… That happened before, the horror!

I was taken offline by my hosting again… The same problem occurred. I now disabled the Jetpack xml and turned the function back on in Yoast. Problem is, I now have to hear back from my hosting if this solves the problem or not…
