In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal not loading in checkoutThanks. I switched to Storefront and that resolved the issue, so I’ve taken it to the theme support crew.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Banner not displayingThanks, Aert. It’s good to know that anyone else who doesn’t have Do Not Track enabled can see the banner. It will be annoying for those who have enabled this setting in their browser to see it…I think…so I think I will leave it as is. I really appreciate your insight on this, thank you again.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Cookie Banner not displayingHi jarnovos, I viewed it in a private window in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, but it was only visible in Safari. This could be a caching issue and the site is hosted with GoDaddy Managed WordPress hosting. Any tips on how to make it visible to everyone?

In reply to: [FeedWordPress] Great Plugin WORKSI agree! I tried another plugin and that one was even worse, so I’m going to return to FeedWordPress for that project. I didn’t find anything at the link @codings provided, so I’ll boost his post in hopes that the developers will follow through on this important feature.
We purchased the pro version of your plugin and so far as I know it’s going well but I haven’t heard back from my clients about this just yet.
Thank you Hitendra, I’m going to give it a try today. I will let you know how it goes…
HannahThanks so much.

In reply to: [Woo Store Vacation] Enable Virtual Products during Store Vacation PLEASE!!Thank you!! being able to exclude Virtual Products and/or Product Categories will make a big difference for my client’s company.
Hi there, I know it’s been a long time. Between COVID, politics and a devastating fire in our area, the last few months have been overwhelming and there are many things I had to set aside. But I wanted to give you some good news. I have no idea why or what changed (aside from the many updates to the WP core, Divi theme and plugins that have occurred since we last discussed this issue) the Invalid Request Signature message seems to have disappeared. I’m logged in and looking at the comment form at the end of our most recently published post on this site and it appears completely normal with no errors visible. Sweet!

In reply to: [Metrics Query] Google Analytics 4 (GA4) CompatibilityI am having the same problem. I can’t connect my client’s website to his Google Analytics property for the site since it was created after the upgrade to GA4. It will be good to hear an announcement of when this feature will be available, but for now he needs to see his analytics, so I’m going to have to install a different plugin for him to use.
Sorry for the long delay. I’m in southern Oregon where fires have disrupted virtually everything for the past 2 weeks. I just made a couple of posts, reconnected Jetpack, backed up the site and then logged out. Then I checked one of the posts I had just published, and there it was – Invalid Request Signature. This now appears whether or not I’m logged in to the website, however, if I log out of BOTH the website AND the connected WordPress account, THEN the comment form shows up without errors. So apparently reconnecting Jetpack didn’t work. I am currently logged in to the WordPress.com account associated with the site’s Jetpack connection. Does this give you any further clues as to what could be going on?

In reply to: Dropdown menus disabled after 5.5.1 updateOnce the restore process is complete I will try the plugin. Everything went fine after the 5.5 update, it’s the 5.5.1 update that screwed up the menu dropdowns. I’ll let you know if the plugin fixes the issue as soon as I can.
thanksWell, after getting through these massive fires that have taken at least 2800 homes in my area I guess I’m on a lucky streak! I updated the plugin without incident and backing up the site now. Gregor, you have been truly awesome. Thank you so much for your good natured attitude and excellent guidance that has been so helpful and successful at resolving this strange issue. I’m very grateful.
Now…without sounding too much like a mom…get some rest!
Take care, stay healthy, and have a brilliant day.
