We are using FooEvents which turns the events into products for sake of order processing. So an order will typically only have one event.

Yes, we are using Payments Pro. We had PayPal express before but I didn’t know how to incorporate it into the checkout so they could add additional products to the cart.

The AVS wasn’t supported because it was an international order to England (from U.S.) but the CSC number did match according to the transaction.

At this point, we aren’t sure if the person is just scamming us or if someone took his credit card information. PayPal can’t verify anything additional with us and told us they can’t force the buyer to return the shipment. Only the credit card company can do that and we don’t know the credit card company. So essentially, they aren’t supporting us at all with this.

At this point, I just wanted to be sure this wouldn’t happen again (which is hard to say if it’s just someone trying to scam us) but we want to have our bases covered just in case.

Can you tell me how to set everything up to assure seller protection or guide me to instructions on how to do that?

I am having the same issue on a site I am working on but we were using the postname custom permalink.

I am ok with how to do it, but I am wondering if I should or do I need to delete the other page files on my host for a successful WordPress installation. For example, I have 4 pages in addition to my index page. Will there be a problem leaving those live or should they be deleted after the new site is up and running?
